Q. How much is a Building & Pest inspection for my house?
Our fee based on a standard to large home Price is $450.00* including GST.
Or for volume purchasers Price: $420.00* including GST.
Q. What does the fee cover?
* Full internal & external property inspection example: roof cavity, roof externally and sub-floor areas, fences and gardens.
* A written report on each inspection.
* Two (2) inspectors at the property at the same time, who are fully licensed and insured.
Q. Are we able to attend inspections?
We welcome you to be there onsite on the day of inspection.
Q. What equipment do you use for the Pest Inspection?
We have the most advanced tools in the inspection industry. These include thermal imaging camera, termatrac and moisture meters. Note: Moisture meter are used on every inspection and termatrac if needed.
However, the thermal imaging camera maybe used at an additional fee of $440.00 including GST.
Once you have made a booking we are able to have inspections done within 48 hours.
Q Can I have an account?
Solicitors and conveyancer's can apply for an account.
Casual users pay At the time of inspection on site direct deposit or Credit card on order.
Q Dose the reports include photos of defects?
The majority of the service providers for Building and Pest reports include photos of at least a front elevation of the property and some go further to show photos of defects and restrictions.
As the Standard in some instances does not require the use of photos not all service providers supply this service.
Q How do I order the report/s?
Once you have received your quotation, Reports can be ordered via email, website, fax or over the phone.
Q Can I buy a copy of a report already done?
Copies of recently furnished reports are available for purchase at the same value as paid by the original order.
Q What is included in the report/s?
The Australian Standard or best industry practice for each style of report details the inclusions and exclusions.
Q Can I see a sample/example of the report/s?
Example reports are available for viewing on the "Sample reports" page on this website.
Q When will I receive the report/s?
The vast majority of the reports are completed within 24 hours of the inspection.
